House Rules
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability
Guest Capacity
- Maximum occupancy: 5 guests (standard)
- Additional guests (6-10): You may bring extra beds or tents, but maximum capacity is 10
people
- All guests must be registered at the time of booking
Sleeping Arrangements
- 1 queen-size bed
- 3 single sofa beds
- Extra sleeping arrangements (if bringing own beds/tents) must be approved in advance
Quiet Hours
- No loud music after 10:00 PM
- Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable at all times
Strictly Prohibited
- Smoking inside the property
- Illegal drugs of any kind
- Filming or photographing pornographic content
- Parties or events without prior approval
- Exceeding the maximum guest capacity
Allowed
- Alcoholic beverages (please drink responsibly)
- Cooking in the outdoor kitchen
- Pets (see Pet Policy below)
Pool Rules
- Pool dimensions: 3m x 6m, maximum depth 5 feet (1.5m)
- Children's area: 60cm depth near stairs
- No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk
- Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times
- Night swimming allowed (pool lighting available)
- No running, diving, or rough play around the pool area
- Shower before entering the pool
Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome!
- Guests are fully responsible for any damages caused by pets (urine stains,
scratches,
bite marks, etc.)
- Pets must be supervised at all times
- Please clean up after your pet
Kitchen & Dining
- Outdoor kitchen and dining area available
- Small stove, utensils, and kettle provided
- No meals or breakfast included - guests must cook or purchase their own food
- Please clean and wash all dishes and utensils after use
- Dispose of garbage properly in designated bins
Property Care
- Please treat the property as if it were your own
- Report any damages or issues immediately to the host
- Guests are liable for any damages beyond normal wear and tear
Parking
- Street parking only - park at your own risk
- Please be mindful of neighbors' driveways and access
General Guidelines
- The host lives across the street and is available for assistance
- Free Wi-Fi provided
- TV includes YouTube and Netflix only
- No hot shower currently available
- Keep doors and windows locked when leaving the property
- Turn off air conditioning, lights, and appliances when not in use or when leaving
Safety & Security
- Keep valuables secured
- Do not leave the property unlocked or unattended
- In case of emergency, contact the host immediately
Respect the Neighborhood
- This is a residential area - please be considerate of neighbors
- Keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours
- Dispose of trash properly
